Welcome to Torque Ninjas. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Services

Torque Ninjas Ltd. provides ECU remapping and vehicle tuning services. All power and economy gains quoted are estimates and can vary depending on the condition, age, and maintenance history of the vehicle.

2. Vehicle Condition & Liability

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is in good mechanical condition before any tuning work commences. We will carry out basic diagnostic checks prior to mapping, but we are not liable for pre-existing mechanical failures or component wear that may become apparent after tuning.

• We are not responsible for clutch slip, turbo failure, or DPF issues resulting from underlying mechanical weakness.
• The customer accepts that increasing power output places additional stress on vehicle components.

3. Warranties & Guarantees

We provide a lifetime software warranty against file corruption. If your main dealer overwrites the ECU during a service, we can re-apply the map for a nominal labor fee. This warranty does not cover mechanical parts or labor associated with physical repairs to the vehicle.

4. Insurance & Legality

It is strictly the customer's responsibility to inform their insurance provider of any modifications made to the vehicle's software or hardware. Furthermore, services such as DPF, EGR, or AdBlue deletes may affect the road legality of the vehicle. We offer these specific services for off-road or track use only.
